Entering and Presenting Classmates Lists

I have been spending quite a bit of time on re-inventing the way in which I maintain the various lists, Contact and Deceased. That effort has paid off and I am now able to make corrections to these lists in a fraction of the time it took me before. As part of that effort, there are some formatting changes to the lists. Both Contacts and Deceased now have additions and new entries outlined in a red box to make them easier to spot. This outlining is in addition to the normal 'new' and 'updated' icons indicating which category the entry falls into.

In addition, The Deceased Lists May also contain an 'Other' icon which links to an entry in a table with various notes about the person. Names, as before, with obituaries are links, colored in blue, so that clicking on the link will take you to the indicated obituary, The entries for these were particularly time-consuming before as they had to be done manually and individually for each person. They are now automatically set up.

Contact lists have some names in blue also. These are links to the Message Board entries for that person. However, you must have a username and password to access these. If you wish to have a username and password, contact me at Webmaster@joebrownhigh.org

The link here will take you to the Contact Alphabetic List. From there you can see the List sorted by Graduation Year. Likewise, the link here will take you to the Deceased List sorted alphabetically.
