At the right-hand side of every message, you will see two icons, one is supposed to represent a person and shows the title 'pm', and the other an envelope with no title. The 'pm' means Private Message. Use the scroll bar at the right to continue with the instructions. 
Clicking on the 'email' icon will bring up the next screen which is used to compose and send the email. This is the same screen which is shown in the Reading/Posting Tutorial. Use the scroll bar at the right to continue with the instructions.

You may also send Private Messages and Email by clicking on an individual's name in the Members list. This will bring up a profile display and there are links on it to send messages. Use the scroll bar at the right to continue with the instructions.
